Damage Protection Fee
We no longer require individual security deposits for each property. Instead, we have instituted a $65. Damage Protection Fee (DPF) which will be charged with your rental. This is a mandatory, nonrefundable fee, and protects you much the same way an insurance policy would. This plan protects you from accidental damage expenses which result from an accident within the unit due to your inadvertent acts or omissions. Note, the Damage Protection Fee (DPF) plan does not cover negligent or willful and wanton conduct. For a full description of the plan, please view the Damage Protection Fee for Description of Coverage detailing full terms and conditions that apply. *Important: You must notify CapeCodRentals.com of any damage or theft to the unit during your occupancy, or this (DPF) plan is void.
